I know what it means to begin again.
From the outside, my life looks successful. I built a career, immigrated from Poland to Canada, earned credentials, took on responsibility and kept moving forward. And I also know what it feels like to look at everything you have built and still question whether you are where you want to be.
Achievement does not automatically create fulfillment. Sometimes the hardest question is not “Can I do more?” but “What do I actually want—and is the life I am building still mine?”
That tension is part of why I became a coach. I am fascinated by the space between who we have learned to be, who we are underneath the roles, and who we may still become.
Why I coach
Sometimes what you need isn't another person's answer. You need a place where you can stop performing, question the assumptions you've been living by and explore what is actually true for you.
My job is not to choose your path. It is to listen closely, reflect what I hear, offer observations when useful, challenge your thinking and help you translate insight into choices and action.

I will reflect contradictions, offer observations and challenge assumptions without imposing my answer on you.

Our work is structured, confidential and grounded in clear coaching boundaries.

We acknowledge limitations without defining you by them. We look for the strengths, resources and possibilities already available to you.

We don't stay in reflection forever. Insight should eventually create movement.
