Career questions may be part of our work, but bTrueU is broader than career coaching. We may explore identity, values, strengths, decisions, leadership, your relationship with success and the life around your career.

No. I may reflect what I hear, challenge assumptions, offer observations and brainstorm possibilities when appropriate, but I will not choose your path for you. Your decisions remain yours.

Coaching can support reflection, values, decisions and forward movement during difficult life circumstances. It is not treatment for mental-health or medical conditions. Depending on what you are experiencing, regulated medical or mental-health care may be the appropriate first or parallel support.

Yes. Sessions are held virtually, allowing us to work together regardless of location. Scheduling is based on mutually available times and time zones.

Yes. Coaching is confidential within the terms and limits described in our coaching agreement and applicable law. I practice in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, including its standards around confidentiality, professional conduct and ethical practice. Any applicable limits to confidentiality will be reviewed before we begin.

As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I practice in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics and professional coaching standards. This includes maintaining appropriate boundaries, protecting confidentiality and being clear about the scope of coaching. If something falls outside my professional role as a coach, I will be transparent about that and may recommend another form of professional support.
